CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to our guest, and technicians, please give at least 24 hours notice if canceling or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total services scheduled.
PROFESSIONALISM
Our stylists are highly trained and educated. Our staff prides themselves in quality services and ongoing Aveda education. We have a no refund policy on services. We offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are strongly recommended since our service providers’ schedules fill quickly, of course we always welcome walk-ins as availability permits.
CHILDREN
So you can fully enjoy your experience, unless children are receiving a service, or can sit in the waiting area unattended, it would be best to make other arrangements during your visit.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are nonrefundable. We will be happy to transfer them.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION
Renee Salon is not responsible for clothing that may become damaged during your service, gowns are available.
GRATUITY
Prices do not include gratuity. If you feel it is appropriate, a cash gratuity is greatly appreciated.
REDIT CARDS
Renee Salon accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards. Gift Certificates are available.
PRODUCT RETURNS
You may exchange any product, or receive a store credit for products only, within 30 days of the original purchase. Styling tools are final sale, warranty by manufacturer.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
If any time you are not happy with your service provider, please feel free to try another member of our staff. We are a team and we’re happy when you’re happy.
